All our products are custom-made on demand and personalized for each customer. Due to the nature of print-on-demand items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds except in the case of damaged or defective products.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at Colormesmore@gmail.com. Please include clear photos showing the issue.
We may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion. You are not required to return the damaged or defective item to receive a refund.
Order Accuracy & Cancellations
Please review your order carefully before placing it. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or changed.
