Are your products instant downloads? Yes! All digital products are available for instant download once payment is confirmed.
Will I receive a physical product? No. Digital listings are file only unless stated otherwise in the description.
What file types are included? PDF on activity sheets and coloring pages
EDITABLE INVITATIONS
Are your invitations editable? Yes, all of our invitations are editable. Editing details are listed on each product.
Can you make the edits for me? Yes, I offer a free support. Please contact us via chat or social links
What software do I need? All editable file links open a free version of Canva. Edits can be made directly from your mobile or PC.
PRINT ON DEMAND PRODUCTS
Do you sell physical products? Yes, wrapping paper and personalized gift items are printed and shipped.
Who fulfills your physical products? Our wrapping paper is printed and shipped through our fulfillment partner, Printify Choice, which selects a print provider from its network for each order.
How long does shipping take? Wrapping paper printing averages less than 1 business day after your order is submitted for printing. This is an average production estimate, not a guaranteed dispatch time. Custom artwork review and preparation add time before printing begins. Shipping transit time is additional and depends on your destination and the shipping option selected at checkout. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Production and delivery times are estimates and may be longer during busy periods. Please order early for birthdays and events.
REFUNDS & POLICIES
Do you offer refunds on digital downloads? Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final.
Can I return physical products? Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items. Evidence must be provided
